Outlook 2000 Settings How to modify existing 3psi hosted mail account settings: 1. Open Outlook 2000 2. From the "Tools" menu select "Accounts" 3. From "Internet Accounts" dialog box, select the "Mail" tab, highlight your account and select "Properties"
4. From Properties dialog box, select the "Servers" tab.
5. Change the Incoming Mail POP3 box to the your domain name, as listed below. For Example: substitute "yourdomain" with your actual name. 6. If your outgoing mail server has the same settings, as the Incoming Mail POP3 does, then you will need to change the Outgoing Mail SMTP setting also. 7. You should not need to change your Username & Password, unless instructed by your companies network administrator or technical support at 3 Points Specialties, Inc. 8.
